All food is locally sourced where possible and our free-range meats and poultry are supplied to us by Buttercross Farm of Market Drayton. Neil France of Wem supplies us with the freshest fruit and vegetables, while “Nick the Fish” of Stafford supplies us with, well all the fresh fish…..His surname is Waters so not sure any other career would have worked!
