All our produce is sourced from local farms and businesses where possible including our free-range meats & poultry from Buttercross Farm, Market Drayton and fruit and vegetables from Neil France, Wem, Shropshire. We always try to buy local and British produce first and also work with seasonal ingredients like Samphire, Hake and Asparagus whenever possible.
